Weston Homes’ Festive Season Campaign Offers Exclusive Incentives for First Time Buyers

Award-winning housebuilder Weston Homes has announced a raft of exciting incentives for first time buyers for this year’s festive season, across 10 of their stunning residential developments, as part of the group’s commitment to helping even more people buy their dream home.

Weston Homes new Festive Season Sales Campaign provides a wonderful opportunity for those looking to get on the property ladder and coincides with the busy home-hunting activity traditionally kickstarted on Boxing Day, as many resolve to find their ideal home in the forthcoming New Year. The campaign unveils a huge range of incentives and “Ways to Buy” promotions.

The promotions include Deposit Unlock, Discount Market Sale and First Time Secure Buy, all of which help first time buyers purchase their new home at highly competitive entry prices. The campaign also provides home buyers with guidance on how to help secure their ideal home without gifting their cash towards your deposit. Another fantastic impetus to buy is the offer of up to £20,000 for people who make new reservations by the 31st January, 2024, available on selected plots.

All 10 Weston Homes sites benefit from Deposit Unlock, where buyers can reserve a brand-new home with a 5% deposit and own 100% of it, benefiting from competitive mortgage products, and ways to call on the Bank of Mum and Dad to help you get moving. The developments with a focus on offering these two incentives are Springfield Park, in Maidstone; Edinburgh Way, in Harlow; 1023 West, in Brentwood (with one final home remaining); The Venue, in Hayes; The Laundry Works, in Watford; and Gun Hill Park, in Aldershot.

Additional sales schemes vary between other sites in the Boxing Day campaign. At Dylon Riverside, in Sydenham, Weston Homes’ unique product First Time SecureBuy is in place, giving buyers the chance to secure the plot of their choice, at the current price, for just a £500 reservation fee. The Discount Market Sale incentive is also on offer here, meaning you can save 30% of the market value of a home. Both of these offers are benefiting buyers at Abbey Quay, in Barking – recipient of the Gold award for ‘Best Sustainable Development’ in the 2023 WhatHouse? Awards – but with the Discount Market Sale at 20%. At Brentwood Central, in Brentwood, and Caxton Square, in Wood Green, the First Time Secure Buy is being offered.

With Weston Homes’ fantastic sales schemes and expert guidance on taking the stress out of the buying process, hundreds more people look set to secure their dream home in the New Year, despite wondering if they could ever get their foot on the property ladder. Feedback from recent purchasers who have taken advantage of various incentives offer testimonials.

Nicolla, who bought a home at Watford Cross, in Watford, with a gift from her mum and dad, says: “Renting was such a waste of money. I stopped buying shoes and handbags, saved hard, and my parents gave me some help.”

Alessandro, a new homeowner at the award-winning Abbey Quay in Barking, comments: “We liked the homes but couldn’t afford one. Then we discovered Discount Market Sale, and by saving £100,000, we bought immediately.”

Katy and Andreas are siblings who bought a home together at 1023 West Brentwood. They say: “As energy bills were rising, we decided it made sense to buy a home to share, meaning we could afford a bigger property.”

In keeping with tradition, Weston Homes expects a high volume of traffic at www.weston-homes.com this festive season, as prospective buyers resolve that 2024 will be the year to move into their ideal home. Using analysis of data between the end of 2018 and the start of 2023 by digital and offline marketing experts The Media People, using Google Analytics, the housebuilder reports year-on-year hikes in home-hunting activity, over both the whole season as well as between Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
