The event will be held at Barnet and Southgate College, Colindale Campus, NW9 4BR. Attendees will receive free financial advice from independent mortgage advisors, solicitors and sales advisors to better understand what their journey onto the property ladder could look like. Visitors can also find out everything they need to know about buying in Barnet and how to purchase at Heybourne Park, including viewing a show home at the development, understanding the benefits of buying a new build, price comparisons across the local area, and what buying at the start of a regeneration scheme entails.
A range of refreshments will be provided throughout the day and a homebuyer seminar and Q&A session hosted by the NHG Homes sales team will provide the opportunity for attendees to ask any questions they may have. With a morning session and an afternoon session, prospective buyers are invited to register to attend here and start their home buying journey.
Heybourne Park, part of a 15-year regeneration scheme with Barnet Council, will offer 149 new homes in the first phase, available to buy with shared ownership.
