Following the huge success of their autumn event in September 2023, the country’s leading online portal for first time buyer homes, Share to Buy, will be returning for the 18th bi-annual London Home Show this April.
The event is taking place on Saturday 13th April at the QEII Centre, Westminster, and is free to attend for all. Attendees will have access to leading providers of first time buyer homes and some of the biggest names in the UK property industry – from housebuilders and housing associations to mortgage brokers and solicitors – as well as a wealth of information on products designed to help first time buyers, such as Shared Ownership, Discount Full Ownership, London Living Rent and more. Over 45 exhibitors will be attending on the day, including L&Q, SO Resi and Peabody New Homes, ready to chat to guests and answer any questions they may have about getting onto the property ladder.
Attendees will be able to find out more about hundreds of available and upcoming homes across London and the Home Counties, speak directly to sales teams, and even register their interest in properties on the day.
The no.1 event for the capital’s first time buyers, guests can also attend a number of informative sessions throughout the day, including Ask the Experts: Shared Ownership Q&As, Legal Sessions, a brand-new addition for spring 2024, and various other home-buying workshops. Independent financial experts Censeo will also be in attendance on the day, running their hugely popular Affordability Sessions, which focus on financial assessments and mortgages. What’s more, property influencer and professional Property Finder Lexie Carducci is back for another year following her sold-out workshop at the London Home Show Autumn 2023, giving budding buyers an exclusive ‘Property Personal Shopping’ workshop.
