Share to Buy Live is set to host its inaugural Homebuyers Day: Exeter on Saturday 7th February, marking a new chapter in the organisation’s events programme and bringing affordable homeownership advice directly to local communities.
The free-to-attend event will bring together housing providers, legal experts, mortgage brokers, and homeownership specialists to help attendees better understand affordable routes onto the property ladder, including Shared Ownership. Confirmed housing providers include Sovereign Network Group (SNG), LiveWest, Centurion Place, Plymouth Community Homes, and Legal & General Affordable Homes. Offering legal and financial advice, attendees can also speak with the experts from Shared Direction Conveyancing, Just Mortgages and Clear Mortgage, with further organisations to be announced.
Homebuyers Day: Exeter will be hosted by Share to Buy Live, which is the events arm of Share to Buy, the UK’s leading property portal for affordable homeownership. Due to be held across the country in 2026 and beyond, this series of localised exhibitions is designed to provide targeted, place-based support for aspiring buyers navigating increasingly competitive local markets.
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore homes available locally, speak directly with housing associations and professionals, and access clear, impartial advice on eligibility, affordability, mortgages and the legal process of buying a home. Talks and Q&A sessions will also run throughout the day, addressing common questions and challenges faced by first time buyers.

The launch follows the success of Share to Buy Live’s established events, including the London Home Show – the UK’s largest event for first time buyers – as well as recent Home Shows in Bristol and Manchester. Building on this momentum, Homebuyers Day: Exeter will be the first event of its kind focused specifically on supporting buyers in Exeter and the wider Devon area.
