L&Q at Trafford Waters is part of the wider Trafford Waters masterplan, a transformative new regeneration neighbourhood located between the Manchester Ship Canal and the Trafford Centre. To be eligible for Rent to Buy at L&Q at Trafford Waters, applicants must be first-time buyers, in full-time employment, and meet specific income and affordability criteria. Homes will be allocated in line with Homes England’s first come first serve policy.
Rental prices for a one-bedroom apartment start from £646 PCM (minimum household income of £22,000 required) and £867 PCM for a two bedroom apartment (minimum household income of £29,800 required).
