L&Q Sponsors Family Garden Festival at Arley Hall & Gardens

Earlsbrook, a collection of family homes available through Rent to Buy by L&Q in Delamere, Cheshire, is sponsoring Arley Hall and Gardens’ Garden Festival, returning on 27th and 28th June 2026.

Just a 30-minute drive from Arley Hall & Gardens, Earlsbrook is nestled alongside the beautiful Delamere Forest in Cheshire offering spacious three , four and five bedroom homes designed with family living in mind. Available through the Government’s Rent to Buy scheme, monthly rents are set at approximately 80% of the local market rate, helping residents save towards a future deposit while enjoying the benefits of a high-quality family home.

As part of the partnership, Earlsbrook is sponsoring the festival’s bandstand which will host live music performances across the weekend. Visitors will have the opportunity meet the L&Q team, who will be on hand to answer any questions about the Rent to Buy scheme and the opportunities available for families looking to put down their roots in the local area.

Arley Hall’s Garden Festival attracts over 5,000 visitors from across Cheshire and beyond. With the much-loved family-friendly summer event now in its 31st year, it has become firmly established as one of the Northwest’s foremost events in the horticultural calendar. Alongside spectacular floral displays, visitors can enjoy live music, guided garden tours led by Head Gardener Gordon Baillie, and a programme of talks and demonstrations running throughout the weekend.

Andrea Palmer, Head of Intermediate Rent at L&Q, comments: “Arley Hall’s Garden Festival is a fantastic day out for all ages and reflects the welcoming, community-focused lifestyle that makes Cheshire such a wonderful place to live.

“Our Rent to Buy homes at nearby Earlsbrook, on the edge of Delamere Forest, offer the perfect opportunity for families looking to put down roots in this area – whilst saving more each month towards a house deposit.”

Families attending the festival can look forward to a wide range of activities, including wood carving workshops, creative crafts, and the ever-popular dog show, where guests can enter and compete for prizes, with all proceeds going to the Tails Animal Rescue charity.

Celebrating Cheshire’s strong community spirit, the festival will also host the Schools’ Gardening Challenge. Previous years have welcomed 20 local primary schools to plant their own flowerbed, with the winning school receiving a prize for their achievements. A variety of local food and drink outlets will be serving refreshments throughout the weekend, offering everything from sweet treats to picnic favourites.

Earlsbrook, Delamere, offers a range of family-sized homes available through the Rent to Buy scheme. Rental prices for a four-bedroom home start from £1320 PCM (minimum household income apply). Please note minimum income requirements should be used as a guide and can vary depending on a household’s circumstances and financial commitments. The minimum income is based on a joint application and the minimum income for a single application may be higher.

Tickets for the Garden Festival are available on the gate on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th, or can be reserved here: https://www.arleyhallandgardens.com/garden-festival-tickets/
