Following the success of last year’s Manchester Home Show, which welcomed more than 750 budding homebuyers, the free homeownership exhibition will return on Saturday 19th September 2026, helping attendees learn more about getting onto the property ladder in the North West.
Hosted by Share to Buy Live, the event arm of Share to Buy, the country’s leading affordable homeownership property portal, the Manchester Home Show will offer expert advice, affordable homeownership guidance, and access to housing providers under one roof. The show builds on the success of the long-running London Home Show, which has welcomed more than 87,000 prospective buyers since launching in 2013.
Free to attend, visitors will have access to a wealth of information about affordable home-buying schemes, including Shared Ownership. This year’s industry exhibitors and sponsors will include housing associations L&Q and Plumlife Homes, alongside other expert exhibitors Gecko Homes, Latimer by Clarion Housing Group, Snugg Homes, Your Housing Group, Together Homes, and Onward Living. Attendees will also benefit from access to legal and financial advice with the opportunity to meet Metro Finance’s mortgage brokers and solicitors from Shared Direction Conveyancing, Owen Paulo Legal Ltd, and Alexander JLO Solicitors.
Alongside some of the biggest names in the affordable housing industry, guests can signup for a programme of jargon-free talks running throughout the day, covering everything from saving for a deposit to tackling common home-buying myths. Attendees can also hear real buyer stories, offering practical insight into homeownership, and take part in exclusive giveaways throughout the event.
