East London Living: L&Q launches new phase of Shared Ownership homes for 2024 

Supporting people to realise their property dreams in 2024, L&Q is bringing a new collection of one, two and three bedroom shared ownership homes to L&Q at Beam Park. Initially, a selection of two  and three bedroom homes will be available from Tuesday 6th February. Prospective buyers can register their interest at lqhomes.com. 

With an array of brand-new facilities on the doorstep, including Beam Park Health Centre and Emmanual Community School Beam Park, which are both due to open in 2024, the development is emerging as a transformative neighbourhood for East London. Prices start from £64,375 for a 25% share of a one bedroom apartment and each home can be secured with a 5% deposit, offering aspiring buyers an accessible route onto the property ladder.
