A well established development in Leyland is set to grow following the acquisition of two further phases for an additional 150 new homes.
Redrow began work at Worden Gardens, located on Leyland Lane, in 2019, and has since sold 208 homes to date across the first three phases.
The two new phases will bring the total number of homes at the site to 390 and offer a selection of two, three, four and five bedroom homes from the homebuilder’s arts and crafts inspired Heritage Collection.
