Guinness Homes Launches First Phase of Shared Ownership in Iconic Silvertown Masterplan 

Guinness Homes has recently launched Shared Ownership homes at Argenta; the first ever collection of homes to be released within the landmark new masterplan for Silvertown. Part of a total of 430 homes that Guinness are delivering within the masterplan area, this first launch brings 66 new one and two-bedroom homes to market.

Set to become one of east London’s most iconic neighbourhoods, Silvertown is one of the most distinctive and historic parts of London’s Royal Docks.
