Funded by the Mayor of London, London Living Rent (LLR) is designed to help renters on middle incomes save towards owning a home. With rents set at a lower price compared to renting privately, the scheme allows tenants to put aside extra savings each month to go towards buying a home in the future, either through Shared Ownership or outright.
To showcase the current collection of one, two and three bedroom LLR apartments at Barking Riverside, L&Q is inviting customers to an LLR Educational Day on Wednesday 29th October from 2pm to 7pm – allowing for after work drop-ins – at the L&Q Lettings Suite on Fielders Crescent. The event will give prospective renters the chance to explore the homes, speak directly with the lettings team and learn more about the scheme’s financial eligibility criteria. The L&Q team will be available to help customers start their application process, too.
