This Friday at 11am, hundreds more first time buyers will be able to have their homebuying questions answered via an online seminar with First Time Buyer Magazine. Television property expert and show presenter Jonnie Irwin is set to join the line up this Friday at 11am along with Asha Agarwal from Savills, Rupi Hunjan, CEO of Censeo Financial, Adam Crawford, Partner and Head of New Build Homes at Prince Evans LLP and Jade Turnstill, Digital Marketing and Communications Manager of Share to Buy.
This week’s theme is the journey to buying your first home, and first time buyers are invited to ask the experts any questions they may have from the comfort of their home via a Facebook Live Q&A. Chaired by FTB Magazine editor, Lynda Clark, this is the third online Q&A session that First Time Buyer Magazine has held and the online event continues to gain momentum as first time buyers tune in to find out more.
Lynda Clark, Editor of First Time Buyer Magazine: “It has been extremely encouraging to see so many first time buyers tuning in to speak to our range of experts. Our ethos is providing the right information and presenting first time buyers with the facts so that they can make informed buying decisions. By using this time during lockdown to gather all the information they need, first time buyers will be well placed to make sensible buying decisions when the time is right.
Jonnie Irwin, who joins the panel this week, says: “There are understandably far more important concerns for us all outside the world of property right now, but we have to appreciate that for many, the purchase of a first home is a need that hasn’t gone away. Some of the cogs of the buying process are still turning, albeit rather slowly, but with the demand for these homes far outstripping supply, first time buyer’s will want to use this time to get themselves into the most informed position possible in order to proceed when our environment allows.”
The aim of the online sessions is to offer insight and knowledge to anyone who may be looking to start their journey into homeownership; whether this be looking for tips on how to save for a deposit or trying to understand the schemes and options available to them, now or further down the line. Viewers are invited to submit their questions both before and during the webinar.
Lynda Clark, Editor of First Time Buyer Magazine, says: “We are delighted to welcome Jonnie Irwin onto our Q&A panel this week, along with our esteemed panel of industry experts. The online format works really well and we expect to see participation in the event continue to grow as first time buyers feel confident to ask any questions they may have.”
The next First Time Buyer Q&A Webinar will be held on Friday day 24th April at 11am on Zoom. To join the session, you can tune in via Facebook Live on the official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/firsttimebuyeronline
