Homes at Ashton Grove will be available with Weston Homes’ new innovative scheme, which gives first time buyers the opportunity to secure a plot at today’s price, for just a £500 reservation fee and a 5% deposit. Once the first timer has paid the deposit and reservation fee, the home will be theirs. Six months ahead of completion they can apply for a mortgage or the Government Help to Buy scheme and complete on the property in the usual way.
If for any reason the first time buyer cannot get a mortgage they will receive a full refund. However, if there are any other costs incurred like legal fees, these are non-refundable.
