First time buyers have a chance to get on the property ladder in Manchester city centre thanks to developer Far East Consortium (FEC)
FEC is offering the Help to Buy scheme on apartments and townhouses at Mount Yard, one of four landmark residential developments at its MeadowSide scheme bordering Angel Meadow Park.
On Saturday 14th September, FEC is hosting a free event to promote the 136 apartments and townhouses at Mount Yard and for the first time, making them available via Help to Buy.
Finance and property professionals will be on hand at the event to provide prospective purchasers with all the information they need on acquiring a one, two or three-bedroom apartment or townhouse at Mount Yard.
Being held at the MeadowSide marketing suite on Irk Street, between 10 am and 4 pm, the event offers visitors the chance to see site models, floor plans and price lists for Mount Yard.
The first 10 people to reserve an apartment or townhouse at Mount Yard through Help to Buy will receive a free one-year, all-zone Metrolink pass.
To add a little fun there will be street food from various traders, with Bite Street Food and POPUP Bikes staging their latest Bite + Bike event combining food and drink with free cycle workshops for cyclists between 11.30am and 2.30pm.
Mount Yard is due for completion in summer 2020, and prices start from £209,950.
