FTB Home Show

It’s a great time for first time buyers currently looking to get on the housing ladder

FTB Home Show

SiteSales Property Group will be promoting this stylish new development at the FTB Home Show in Stratford in February. Launching the sale of 55 shared ownership units at Silver Quarter in Newham, East London, this popular development is part of the £3.7 billion ongoing regeneration of the Canning Town and Custom House area. The 55 stylish properties comprise of one, two and three-bedroom apartments, ranging from £387,500 to £580,000 and are part of the 349 residences that will make up Silver Quarter. Located in the heart of a new and burgeoning community, Silver Quarter is situated opposite Canning Town tube station.

With stamp duty taxes now axed on properties up to the value of £300,000 and reduced for those up to £500,000, as well as a vast range of schemes available designed to help boost homeownership, the possibilities are endless for potential homebuyers. In the Capital where first time buyers face the largest hurdles to buying their first home, getting onto the ladder is now reported to take Londoners up to 10 years to save for a deposit.

Help is at hand for first time buyers looking to buy their first home in London, with the First Time Buyer Home Show due to be held in Stratford, E15 on Saturday 17th February.
